Bob Edmundson - President

Bob Edmundson is the President and owner of Edmundson Management Co., Inc. which manages various interests in Louisiana, including farm land and timber holdings, public grain elevators and investments in real estate, oil and gas and securities. He has extensive experience in farm land development and operation, oil and gas exploration, oil and gas royalty investments, feature film production and investments, commercial and residential real estate development, bio-tech investments, rice milling and grain elevator operations, hot sauce and pepper bottling, and retail, wholesale and export food sales. Most recently he was the initial developer and current landowner of Bobcat Gas Storage, an underground salt dome natural gas storage facility which was acquired by Spectra Energy in 2010.

Originally from Crowley, LA, Mr. Edmundson was educated at St. Alban's School in Washington, DC. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 1972, and studied in the MBA Program at University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Edmundson's civic activities include Board membership and past-president of The Friends of WWOZ, Inc., a New Orleans-based public radio station, the Point Clear Polo Club and the Point Clear Polo Foundation, a 501 (C) 3 charitable organization. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. Other social club and civic organization memberships include the Lafayette Fine Arts Foundation, the Audubon Institute, the Tulane, LSU and Baton Rouge Rugby Clubs, the Contemporary Arts Center, the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Louisiana Museum Foundation, the WWII Museum, the Point Clear and Jackson Hole Polo Clubs and the Southern Yacht Club. He is also a voting member of the Screen Actors Guild.
